I’m currently looking for work (um, hire me!), and earlier this week spent a few hours looking for a job interview appropriate outfit and came up short. So I trawled through the interwebs looking for inspiration and here are a few ladies whose vintagey work-appropriate outfits are inspiring me.

Marawa The Amazing is a hula hoop performer and total babe with a food log/blog. Obviously I love her.

I really miss hula hooping! I wonder if my hoop teacher will ever return from abroad to whip me back into sort-of-not-really shape.

So, there is this awesome book called An Awesome Book, by Dallas Clayton. You should go here and read the rest of it, and perhaps go here and buy it for any younguns you know or even for yourself. I know I want a copy!

Right now 100% of my fashion inspiration is coming from lovely Swedish lady Sandra from Niotillfem.

So cute, I just want to put her in my pocket. And look at her mouth watering pasta concoctions:

I’m not really getting the egg yolk on top of the carbonara. Still looks delicious though! I think I’ll attempt some tomato soup with bowties and chorizo soon, but I warn you I am not the best cook around.
