Hi Vanessa, the garland is made by taking two long strips of crepe paper, here in white and grey, you tape the ends together on a right angle to each other, and then fold them over and over on top of each other until you get to the end, which you also tape or staple. Then you pull it out and it’s all awesome and ready to go! I hope you can understand my vague instructions. :P
