This Is Halloween

I was so excited to see that Tim Walker & Tim Burton teamed up again for Harper’s Bazaar Magical Fashion issue. Set design is (of course) by the AMAZING Shona Heath, I’d have her babies any day. I’m just going to go ahead and post every picture from it, hope you don’t mind!

Oooooh soooo good! Love the shots and this just makes me want Alice in Wonderland to be released early!!

A side note: can you imagine trying to stand in the heels worn by the model in the 7th shot down?! Ouch!

Ooo jeeez how gorgeously macabre. What an amazing combo. It always amazes me how grand and epic Tim Walker’s photos are. I love Halloween! I’m thinking of going as a ghost jellyfish. I have an old jellyfish Christmas costume which I’m dying to wear again. So put ghost in front of anything and it’s a Halloween costume. Yay!

  8. Kaitlyn B says:

those pictures are gorgeous. I love all the shots. Oh, how i love Halloween!

  9. Kate says:

Jaime – I’d love to try those shoes on to get an idea of how crazy they must be to stand in! They definitely do a good job of looking rabbity

ondressingup – I LOVE the ghost jellyfish idea! There’s a new episode of green porno (isabella rosselini’s internet nature show) where she wears an amazing jellfish costume, you should have a look.
