1. Studio Violet is a collaboration between Camilla Engman and Elisabeth Dunker (who both have enchanting blogs), and they make an assortment of lovely things including stamps and stationary but first and foremost in my heart is this collection of AMAZING recycled porcelain with porcelain decals. I’ve been meaning to paint on porcelain for a while and now I’m determined. I also have a fondness for their tear shaped wall decals.

2. Need Help Dressing?, blog of Elsa Billgren. Pretty pretty pretty. She has about 1000 vintage dresses, and also seems to have multiple covetable jobs, including some kind of head of Beyond Retro stores & host of a tv show? It’s in swedish and I read it through google translate which is totally sketchy so I can’t be sure. I think I will steal her hair colour.

3. Flying Saucer paintings by Esther Pearl Watson. I love her name & I’d love to own one of her works one day. One of my fave blogs My Love for You has a great interview with her.

4. Jeffrey Campbell at Nasty Girl. Couldn’t begin to pick.

5. Comfy beds with animals on them, all from this tumblr which is full of lovely homey things. Click on image for original source. Fighting urge to nest, aaarghh.

WOW!
I’ve been reading your blog for the past hour or so, when I should be writing at work.
I saw your Esther Pearl Watson shout out.
I went to an art opening of hers recently at my friend’s gallery (The Webb Gallery) in Waxahachie, Texas (I’m in Dallas).
I love her work, too, and bought the cutest pink sparkly spaceship painting.
Her work is really affordable if you’re interested!

Keep up all the great work!

Hi Halz, thanks for the compliment that my blog has been distracting you from work! Congrats on your Esther Pearl Watson purchase! You’re right, it is affordable and in the future when I’m more gainfully employed I’d LOVE to own some of her work. Especially something with a pink & sparkly spaceship. :)
